Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Matt is also certified by SECB and serves as a director with SEAoNY. New York University’s 181 Mercer Street mixed-use development is among his current projects.

Daniel Surrett has worked for Severud Associates for 12 years, almost half of that time as an associate during which he has developed strong relationships with his clients. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive field experience, which allows him to better design and manage large projects, such as One Vanderbilt Avenue, a high-rise office building in New York City. Dan is licensed as a professional engineer in New York.

Jack Gainey joined Severud Associates just five years ago and has worked on several large-scale mixed-use, residential, and arena projects since then. Currently, he is engineering 1425 Hudson Street at Hudson Tea, a mixed-use development in Hoboken, New Jersey. Jack is a licensed professional engineer in New York.

Andrew Moss has worked for Severud Associates for six years. In addition to his New York PE license, he holds a SE license in Illinois. Andrew has extensive field experience, including on-site review of the construction of One Vanderbilt Avenue, a high-rise office building in New York City that he also helped design.
